The meeting called to order by Chairman Jason Fitzgerald with a five-member present.

Renee Rita Aymond, Commissioner Charles Lafleur.
Members Absent: Commissioner Dale Polozola
A motion made by Commissioner Rita Renee Aymond, seconded by Commissioner Frank Albrecht to
Dispense with the reading of last meeting and accept them as presented.
VOTE:
YEAS: Frank Albrecht, Rita Renee Aymond, Charles, Lafleur, James Cox
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Dale Polozola
A motion made by Commissioner Rita Renee Aymond, seconded by Secretary James Cox to adopt
the millage rate of 14.54 mill for the year 2022.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: Dale Polozola
